Terms & conditions

*Gift certificate in the form of a $200 CAD prepaid credit card. The value of the credit card must be used before the expiry date. Club Med is not responsible if the card is not used after expiry. The card is personal and cannot be transferred to any person. The card is issued to the organiser of the booked stay. To be eligible, the tour organizer must book a group trip with the Canadian department of Meetings & Events by Club Med. To be eligible, the stay must consist of a minimum of 5 consecutive nights in a Club Med Village. The group must consist of a minimum of 20 adults over 16 years of age for a stay between July 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019. The first two organisers will be qualified, per period of stay. The prepaid credit card will be issued the day after the return of the group stay, respecting the minimum required number of group participants. Only one card per designated organizer will be awarded. Groups already contracted are not eligible.
**The group organizer must request this promotion at the time of the call. The package is valid for stays in Sandpiper Bay, Florida. Cannot be combined with any other Meetings & Events by Club Med offer. This offer is valid for new groups
only for a stay booked before December 22, 2017 and made between May 1 and October 31, 2018. A minimum of 20 adults or a minimum of 10 rooms and a minimum of 3 nights are required to qualify for the package. This offer does not include the flight and the
transfers. Reservations must be made in groups through the Meetings & Events by Club Med department. Club Med membership fees are $60 per person and are extra. The offer depends on a filling control and availability in the Village. Valid
for group bookings made in Canada. Coffee break, meeting room with basic audiovisual equipment (flipchart, pen, water, notepad), private cocktail, room upgrade (subject to availability) have no monetary value and cannot be credited
or refunded if they are not used. Other general conditions apply, including change and cancellation fees. Quebec permit.
