Offer available for stays of minimum three (3) nights. Every 10 adults booked, an additional adult can join the group for free. For every 10 adults booked, the 11th adult will stay for free. Bookings must be made by May 5, 2021 for travel through December 17 , 2022, blackout dates may apply. One (1) room upgrade per group booked: upgrade will be done to the next category room, based on availability. 5% Off on Private functions & Food & Beverage Menus: does not apply to outside caterer. Can be used by the meeting planner or given as a booking incentive. Up to (4) nights for site inspection: Applicable for a room, based on double occupancy in a Superior category, for a maximum of 4 nights and 2 adults. The purpose of this site inspection is for a future group program.

^^300$ gift card applies to new group bookings with a minimum of 20 adults, ages 16 or older, booked by May 5,2021 for travel through December 18th, 2021. This card will be given to the organizer that has booked a group with the Canadian department of Meetings & Events by Club Med. To be eligible, the stay must have a minimum of 3 consecutive nights in any Club Med resorts worldwide. The prepaid credit card will be given after the group has travelled, respecting the minimum of participants to be eligible at time of travel. Only one card per designated organizer will be given. Groups already contracted are not eligible.

General conditions : Blackout dates apply, including holidays and other dates. Offer requires a minimum of a 3-night stay (7-night minimum for Columbus Isle). Available at selected resorts. Does not include airfare. Offer is subject to capacity control and may increase or be withdrawn at any time. For Turkoise all guests must be 18 years old and older. For Columbus Isle, all guests must be 2 years old and older. Prices include the GST and PST. Club Med is not responsible for errors or omissions.
