Very poor accommodation - rooms very small, dirty and smelt of smoke and drains. I heard other people complaining about accommodation too. Very well organized club. We arrived from Paris by train and the transfer to the club was prompt and efficient. Check-in at the club was quick and pleasant and the room was ready earlier than expected. I recommend to sign up online at the club for easy check-in prior to arrival. Upon our arrival at ClubMed’s 5 trident area (Le Refuge) we have experienced nothing but the amazing care and dedication of the team. The rooms/apartments are fantastic. The bathtub after skiing came in very handy. The housekeeping is top-notch. The lounge area truly became our refuge, the team, especially Beatrice and Alexandre, but really, the entire team has made our stay so special. Every request was addressed promptly, and every wish was fulfilled, without even asking, before we even knew we had a wish ;)....

Great resort and hotel is in best location. Package is good value as includes ski pass and full 5 days ESF instruction in groups of circa 8 sorted by ability. Hotel food and service is first class and rooms are fine. Hotel decor is a bit dated but quality of food, bars and staff make up for this and create a great atmosphere.
